Cheeky Carrom Privacy Policy

What we do not do
Cheeky Carrom has no ads and no analytics. We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts or location, and we do not sell personal data.
Your anonymous account
The app creates a random player ID. It uses that ID to back up your progress to our server, so you can move to a new phone with a code. The server stores a hash of the ID, your game progress, the player name you choose (it may be any name, and you can change it in Settings), your trophies and league scores, and invite relationships between players.
Playing online
In a room or online match, the game connects to our game server. It sends your player ID, player name, avatar, level, gear and shots. Your opponent sees your name, avatar, level, rank and gear. Your name and score may appear on public boards. Emoji are the only messages players can send. Room data is deleted after the room ends.
Invites
When you install from an invite link, the app reads the referral code from Google Play to credit the friend who invited you.
Notifications
If you allow them, reminders are scheduled on your phone. They do not go through our server. You can turn them off in Settings.
Service providers
Our server runs on Cloudflare, which processes network data such as IP addresses in order to deliver the service. Purchases are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.
Keeping and deleting data
Your data stays on the server until you delete it. Open Settings, tap Delete, and confirm. This removes your account, saved progress, invites and league scores from our server. Progress on your phone stays until you uninstall the app. If you keep playing, the game starts a new anonymous account. To ask for help, email us.
Children
Cheeky Carrom is intended for ages 13 and up and is not directed at children.
